Out of darkness
A spark
The very laws of physics
Defied
From what so regularly
Consumed all light
Hope was born
Weak and malnourished
It flickered
But its core
Could not be doused
It burned on
Hot yet small
Bright yet focused
Unwilling to concede
Until darkness was no more
To be seen
The light brought
Change
Around the flame
Dark turned to light
Or it was forced out
In turn what was
Once cold was warm
Once hollow was full
And the light continued to grow
A spark
The very laws of physics
Defied
From what so regularly
Consumed all light
Hope was born
Weak and malnourished
It flickered
But its core
Could not be doused
It burned on
Hot yet small
Bright yet focused
Unwilling to concede
Until darkness was no more
To be seen
The light brought
Change
Around the flame
Dark turned to light
Or it was forced out
In turn what was
Once cold was warm
Once hollow was full
And the light continued to grow
